Flavour Profile: Clementines are a cross between a sweet orange and a mandarin orange. This is a nice, sweet, zesty flavour, which is slightly less acidic than a sweet orange.
Suggested Range of Use: 5-12% 
Considerations: Clementine can easily be overpowered by other flavourings.
